"We were loyal customers for over 40 years; quite happy and satisfied with the basic customer service we required and were getting. However, a recent car accident involving another State Farm Customer showed me that Lee Strand wasn't up to anything more than the minimum customer service she had been delivering. The accident was complicated and we needed support, advice, and information from our agent, Lee Strand. She was out of the office on personal business and never responded to any emails or pnone messages the entire time. Thankfully, her excellent, caring office manager, Lisa, was filling in for her and stepped up to the limits of her job. Not being a licensed insurance agent, she was only able to do so much. Had Lee delegated her duties to another State Farm agent while she was out of the office, things might have gone more smoothly for us. We have now switched to another agent and company."
